Today I am unable to play any GSN.com Games. Each time I try to play a game a message comes up This game requires update to your Flash Player. Get ADOBE Flash Player. I have participated on this website for 3 years and have never had any problems of this nature. I have alerted the GSN help but am wondering if any one reading my post could explain what's going on? Does it have any thing to do with all these changes GSN is making, especially with all the ads you incur while trying to get in and out of the games as well as when you are playing the games? I do not wish to start updating things that I am not familiar with and screw up my computer with viruses. Thank you

Ughhh.... I went trough this a while back. I'm not a computer whiz, but I figured out how to update the flash player (you may need to go this), and also cleared out cache & cookies. Sometimes still, for no reason at all I won't be able to play a certain game for like a month..... Then one day it's back!! Talk about aggravating.
Then there was Google Chrome which screwed everything up. Had to get rid of that.
You could also try rebooting a few times, sometimes that helps. I know I'm not being too helpful, but my advice is don't be afraid to try a few random things!!
I hope someone can give you more solid advice than me, but wanted you to know you're not the only one this kind of thing happens to!

I am so sorry I can't help.... GSN may have some input, but it'll take them a while to respond. I think they're having a lot of issues right now. The were apologizing on the players news page for log-in issues and all kinds of stuff. A couple of days ago I couldn't play Free Cell for about 2 days. Then it came back!!
I always mess around with stuff when it doesn't work, and I have no idea if I fixed it or not! Reboot, hit refresh over & over, open a new browser, or 2 or 3 or 4 or more!! lol It just starts to work again at some point. Just keep trying periodically. Try not to beat yourself up too much. It'll probably work itself out (eventually). Do you have a friend's computer you can use?? Just a suggestion.... Good Luck!!
CAN SOMEBODY HELP HER MORE THAN ME?

I switched to a new computer that has windows 8 and I have Firefox- but I can't play some of the games, they don't fit in the box on the page, on the swap games I can't see the help button, on the slots games I can't access the auto spin. My screen resolution is high, and the GSN help that says do control zero and control plus or minus doesn't do anything. Any help for this? Thanks!
