The MVO Award started in April of 2011. As of June 2013, Look at the very last page for the most recent Most Valuable Oodler. I'm sure it will still be going on once GSN temporarily removes the message boards. Please welcome Jenelle L. to the MVO hall of fame, pictured below with her two friends, Tiger and Bella. Janelle is a Straws pro, math whiz and big fan of TV game shows. She also makes out like a bandit in the Prize Center. Need some game and Oodle tips? Read on!" I am so excited to be honored as the May "Most Valuable Oodler"! My name is Jenelle (Nelly91401), and although you may not be familiar with my screen name since I'm not on the message boards too often, you can find me on my laptop at home, playing on GSN every day. In fact, I have been a loyal member of GSN for over 9 years (since January of 2004) - long before the Oodle even existed. I have been a fan of game shows my whole life, and it is a life goal of mine to be on one. I have auditioned for all 4 of my favorite classic game shows - The Price is Right, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and Who Wants to be a Millionaire - including taking my 18 year old sister to LA when I was 21 just to go see the Price is Right, and passing the Millionaire exam while attending the show on a visit to NYC. Unfortunately I haven't made it on one yet, but hopefully I will in the future! I remember joining GSN.com in 2004 because I love game shows so much and my family had just gotten digital cable so I could watch the Game Show Network. I got hooked on Lingo, and started playing the old version of Lingo on GSN where you could invite friends into game rooms and play a game of Lingo against a friend simultaneously. I played this often with my sister and Mom, and we also loved a game called "Phrase Frenzy" where you had to guess a series of phrases that matched a given category.
Anyway, since I originally became a GSN.com member, I have gotten a job as a math professor at a local liberal arts college here in my hometown of Buffalo, NY, and have gotten married. I will be turning 30 later this year and hope to start a family soon. Throughout these years, I have continued to play on GSN, and was so excited when they first introduced the Oodle. I used to love watching GSN Live for the Oodle questions, hoping I would get a chance to play one of the games on TV. I never got on the show, but one day my husband got called and won something like $450 playing the game where you make words out of the letters from another word. I was jealous it wasn't me, but it was so fun to watch him play and of course win some money!!
Because of the Oodle, I play on GSN everyday to boost my oodles balance. I have gotten some fun stuff over the years with my oodles like Oodlectibles, books, headphones, games, and things that have come in handy like a big pack of CFL bulbs, a digital bathroom scale, and a kitchen food scale. I have even been able to snag a few gift cards for eBay, home depot, and iTunes over the years on the special days like Black Friday when they have lots of gift cards in the prize center all day. I love to enter the sweepstakes too for the chance to win some nice prizes and money. I don't get a chance to play on GSN until I get home from work in the evening, but it is my favorite way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. I always answer the evening Oodles bonus trivia questions, the question of the day, pick my bingo numbers, and earn my wonder wheel spins. As sponsors have changed, some of my favorite games have come and gone, but I am happy to say that Straws has stuck around for awhile. Straws is my favorite game on GSN because I can play it everyday for a Wonder Wheel spin, and I can get on the oodles leaderboard everyday. I usually play a few times until I can get a score higher than 1700 (and once in awhile I can even get higher than 1800!) since that will usually get me a spot in the top 75 (depending on the day), and then I can earn some extra oodles each day.
My biggest game tip for Straws is to work as fast as you can! I find that I personally get better scores when I just make simple routes and work quick, rather than trying to be fancy and make elaborate routes and loops that eat up the time. Before I press start, I quickly visualize the simplest path I can make to connect the pitcher and cup, and just go for that as fast as I can. Don't forget that while the "plus sign" type straw is meant for loops, it can also be used for just a single straight horizontal or vertical piece (you don't have to connect it in both directions). If you can finish each board in ten seconds or less, you can easily get a score of 1700 or higher and land in the top 100 of the leaderboard, regardless of how fancy your path was. In fact, a lot of games on GSN allow you to get better scores for being faster, such as Catch 21 and Bejeweled - two of my other favorite games. A quick Catch 21 tip is to concentrate on making piles of 11 if possible, so that when one of the 10's or face cards come up, you can quickly make a 21. As for Bejeweled, try to setup as many big combos as possible by playing near the bottom of the board (you can get tons of points for cascading combos as the gems fall down the board), and by making the special gems from matching 4 or 5 gems.
I hope my story and game tips have inspired you to continue on with your love of games! You can look for me every day on the Straws leaderboard, and maybe one day you will see me on a game show! While I have the spotlight this month, it can't hurt my cause to add that if anyone out there has any casting connections for games shows, I would love some tips ! Thank you GSN for the honor of being an "Oodle Ambassador", and to my fellow GSN members - good luck and have fun playing on GSN.com!!"

Congratulations Robert T., aka phimat37! Robert’s been a huge fan of GSN since he was 9 years old. He even created an online account a couple years before he could use it (we gladly re-opened it for him when he turned 13!). He’s a cheerful, helpful presence on GSN.com, and we’re pleased he’s April’s MVO. We have a great mix of younger and older players on GSN, which helps make it feel very fun and welcoming for all." Dear GSN Friends & Family, First of all, Thank you GSN for recognizing me. I'm most thrilled and excited, I can't tell you how much it means to me! I am 16 years old as of January 28, 2013 and I was born in 1997. Some of you may have thought I was older, but I didn't mean to mislead anyone. I was just shy to admit my real age in front of an "audience" of a chat room or message board. So, I just wanted to clear the air, publicly like this. It's kind of why I haven't been in GSN Chat for awhile. That, and keeping this MVO award a surprise.
I love oldies music (The Beatles being my favorite band), I love old TV shows and westerns (Gunsmoke, Bonanza, M*A*S*H, Andy Griffith Show, etc.), and I am a spiritual person in many ways. I believe that we are all God's children, and as all of his children we all deserve forgiveness. And, I love to listen to music (50's-early 80's), and watch westerns with my Dad. I'm old school in many ways.
I am homeschooled with a local charter school program because of medical conditions I have, such as with my balance, and getting dizzy, falling down (basically disabled). I also was diagnosed with a mild form of Autism in 2010. This is hard for me to talk about here, but my teacher is nice & funny, and even occasionally bring me breakfast! And, we've gone on field trips such as to the radio station. I've thought about being a Oldies Disc Jockey because of my love for music, a Journalist, work for GSN (Surprise, surprise) or becoming a comedian like Jerry Seinfeld. I also like singing, not like one of those bubblegum artists, I've been practicing LOL. But I'm getting into some autistic programs right now, so maybe they can help me.
Also, I love to watch Sports with my dad, Football, Baseball, and HOCKEY! Our favorite teams are the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins! Even love to watch college sports, and for that, we love the Pitt Panthers! I'm Pittsburgh Proud like my dad, even though I was born in California and raised here.
Next, How I found GSN TV (and Online) in 2006. One Summer day, in June 2006, I was at my Grandmother's house. She was watching Regis Philbin's Who Wants to be a Millionaire? on GSN: The Network for Games. And, then a few days later at home, I decided to surf and find this channel for game shows.
I've contributed to groups on Facebook devoted to helping and caring, such as GSNChatters and GSNChatters Answers created by our dear friend zekester3. I've also contributed to a GSN Fan Site for gaming with danhere, called GSN Chatters Network aka GCN Games. Me and danhere split up into different divisions . I love to help people however I can, answers, prayers, whatever. GSN is a caring community! I've met many friends on GSN, some are even past MVO's.
Here are all the prizes I won from GSN: GSN Hats (2 White, 2 Grey) Quiddler Mystery Fun Prize GSN Beach Blanket Family Feud 3rd Edition DVD Game The Proposal Mystery DVD Comedy Darth Vader Mystery Bobblehead Wheel of Fortune Board Game Light Up Slippers 2 GSN Oodles T-Shirts GSN Oodles Playing Cards The Breakfast Club DVD of the Week The Price is Right game GSN Water Bottle Blue GSN Magnet GSN Lip Balm Dumbville Whoopee Cushion 1 year subscription to Sports Illustrated and I've also donated to charities on GSN and have gotten some fun Oodlectibles.
My favorite Oodle games on GSN are: Lingo, Wheel of Fortune, and Catch 21. My tip for Lingo is to compile a Lingo dictionary on a piece of paper, or on a word document on your computer. It's worked for me. Wheel of Fortune, I think it's just luck with hitting the big money on the spins and solving the puzzles, with being careful on lose a turns and bankrupts. But, I write down those puzzles and compile them as well.
My favorite Token games are: Video Bingo, Wheel of Fortune Bingo, and Deal or No Deal. My Oodles routine begins at 9:00PM PST which is the same as Midnight EST. I start by playing the STRAWS game for my Wonderwheel spin, then I answer the Question of the Day, and Oodles Bonus Trivia questions. Then, I pick my ChaChingo Bingo numbers for the 1AM EST drawing. I play as much as I can to gather up as many oodles and tokens as I can! Finally, I end my day by checking the MyGSN page for Promotions and play those in the morning.
Also, I play around with the GSN Casino Mobile App! It's really fun! Me and My Dad love Video Bingo on there, and sometimes I get a bit addicted on Slots or Poker, but I haven't lost too much in a great while. I also love the promotions the mobile app has to offer. It's sLOTS of FUN!
And, from 3-6pm ET, join me and my friends in the GSN Chat Room at www.gsn.com/watchandwin! We have fun, and danhere posts sniglets, maybe I'll post some interesting trivia or math, etc. But, we have fun, joke, and just talk about anything. Don't be shy to join. I'd also like to invite you all to play our weekend message board games for oodles each weekend starting Friday afternoon!
One last thing, these Forums are great here and I'd really hate to see them go. This is the place where we can discuss gaming ideas, and discuss game shows here. I'd hate it if that's taken away. Spread the word to support us here, and keep this forum going. I know how much the forums mean to GSNAngel too.
Thank you GSN for recognizing me for Most Valuable Oodler. It's about time! (Just kidding!)
Sincerely, Robert T., AKA phimat37"

Congratulations to Suzanne G, our Most Valuable Oodler for March. Read about her game tips and exciting GSN routine for earning Oodles. Give her your congrats, too!" My name is Suzanne, but you may know me better as kkglock or KiKi--- and I am absolutely thrilled to be selected as the March MVO!
I live in West Virginia - about 2 hours from Pittsburgh, 4 hours from Washington DC, 5 hours from the beach and minutes from great skiing, hunting/fishing and breathtaking views in all directions. Bob (husband) and I enjoy traveling and the laptop & android phones are now our faithful traveling companions so we can stay connected to GSN. My interests include being active in our church, working with a local alumnae group, playing steel drums (I play the triple/cello), and volunteering with Meals on Wheels.
In the evenings, I'll go to the GSN mobile Casino. Sometimes there is a game of the week and sometimes there is a game of the day. Just slide the screen (where the games are listed) to the right on your phone or IPad to see what game you might be able to play for extra oodles.
Since I live on the east coast, I actually end my day with GSN games. At midnight, I answer the OBT (oodles bonus trivia), the QOTD and then pick my GSN ChaChingo Bingo numbers for the midnight - 1 AM drawing. The following morning, I answer the 4AM and 8AM OBTs and pick that hour's ChaChingo Bingo numbers.
As for personal gaming tips: 1) On the games where many of us average the same daily score (like Solitare Rush or Photo FIND IT), I try to play earlier in the day. If my score is high enough, the time of day I play can make the difference where I place on the leaderboard (if I can place on the leaderboard). 2) Go to 'Community' (one of the 8 tabs under the GSN logo),then check onto 'Forums' (one of Community's 8 tabs), From there, select the top section - 'GSN Games - Learn Tips & Tricks'. In there, look for the specific game for which you'd playing tips &/or hints. It might take a bit of searching, but it's really worth it. 3) I agree with previous MVOs' suggestion that you need to practice, practice, practice to get better at the games. If you start earning oodles for landing on the leaderboards, you might find yourself looking at other games for more oodle-opportunities!
The GSN weekday chat room and the weekend message board games are a great way to keep your mind sharp and to become involved with the GSN family. Also, check out the GSN Facebook and twitter pages.
While it will be an honor to learn the MVO secret handshake, I'm really excited about riding around in the oodlemobile! ROAD TRIP!!!
Happy oodling & MWAH! Suzanne"

Congratulations Steven L. (aka. incucrash), you're February's MVO! Read about Steven's typical day on GSN, as he encourages you to keep practicing and don't give up!" I usually log in very early every morning while getting ready for work so I can pick my ChaChingo bingo numbers, answer the Question of the Day, and the Bonus Trivia Questions. If I'm not sure of the answer, I know I can check the Community message boards for help. I want to win oodles all day, so I log back in during my lunch to answer the second set of questions by noon, and pick more ChaChingo numbers.
When I get home, I check my To-Doodles list, & play STRAWS to win a spin on the Wonder Wheel. Then I spin the Wheel a few times for more oodles. After a while you will get fast at the Horse Race, the Baskets, and the Cyclone game.
I play a few different games daily to try to make the Leaderboards. My favorite games are Wheel of Fortune and Zen Games. I play a few times to get a big puzzle. If you find an oodle Leaderboard game you like, just keep practicing, the extra oodles are great.
I play the extra games during the week, like Winner Wednesday, the Weekend Warrior game, and enjoy the live weekend games with the wonderful people in the Community message board.
I use my oodles to enter the sweepstakes, and won a $50. Amazon gift card, so don't give up. Good Luck! Steven L."

Congratulations to Cindy D., on being the 1st Most Valuable Oodler of 2013. What a fun way to ring in the New Year! Please read more about Cindy below. She has great tips on how to earn extra Oodles using your Kindle Fire or other mobile device." My name is Cindy D. aka Fisher1055 (Fisher) is my maiden name. I’m from Woodridge, IL and I am thrilled and honored to be the first MVO of 2013.
I have been a member of GSN for about 3-1/2 years. When they had oodle opportunities on GSN TV I won $200 and I have also won gift cards online. A little bit about myself, I am a big lover of game shows and playing games on GSN. I am disabled and see GSN as my life saver. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2000 and I’ve been a widow for about 10 years. I see GSN and its community of oodlers as my friends. GSN has helped me by being there to take my mind off the tough days. I thank you for that.
My favorite games that I play are all the Swap It games, Wheel of Fortune, Bookworm, Solitaire Rush and Photo Find It. I love trying to make the leaderboards to get extra oodles! One way I have discovered to get extra oodles is on the GSN Casino games. I have a Kindle Fire and have downloaded the GSN apps for the Kindle and I check it daily. They usually have a weekly game you can get oodles or they may have a weekend warrior game. These games are different games than the ones on your computer. You could make extra oodles amounting to 250, 300, or 400 oodles depending on the game.
I am grateful for GSN and all my fellow oodlers and hope 2013 is a good year for everyone! Bless you all."

Meet Charles, aka charlessims, December's MVO. Charles shares his tips for playing as well as prizes won over the years. Congratulations Charles, hope you enjoy your Golden Oodle!" My name is Charles Lamont Sims. I love to play video games, being with my Wellspring Camp friends, and go to amusement parks! I am currently attending Lanier Technical College working on my 4 year Accounting Degree. For Kaiser Permanente Mahjongg Dimensions, I always get a clean sweep in the first round by matching all of the cubes within 3 seconds and not missing. On The Cyclone, my strategy is to first keep clicking on the big groups of Oodles, and not go for the purple oodles until 10 seconds are left.
I play and land on the leaderboards for several different games-- about 3 or 4 games. I win about 2,000 to 4,000 Oodles a week, so it is easy to win lots of oodles quickly. Every day, I start with the Oodles Bonus Trivia Question and the Question of the Day. Then I play Straws to get an additional Wonder Wheel spin so I have 2 spins each day by logging in. I always do the promotions that award Oodles instantly. I love classic TV shows such as Chain Reaction and original GSN TV shows such as The Pyramid, Minute to Win It, and The American Bible Challenge.
I often placed 5th to 12th and win 80 to 125 oodles on the Kaiser Permanente Daily Leaderboard and my highest score for the game was 47,450! Then I play Straws on GSN. I win around 60 to 85 oodles every day by placing 34th to 75th on the Leaderboard and my top score on this game was 1,870! Recently, on September 2010, I was ranked 10th on the top 10 list for the number of Oodles won in a month!
On the GSN Live side, on November 4 2009, I won $1,510 in cash from the Money Meter Jackpot and I received my cash in March 2010! It was an awesome feeling when I got the phone call to play on the 5 p.m. hour on GSN Live and answered question correctly by responding with "Twenty-One"!
My prizes that I got from the Oodles are a Black Sony Cybershot 10.1 MP Digital Camera, a $100 American Express Gift Card from the November 2011 Auction, a $500 Walmart Gift Card from the November 2010 Auction, a numerous collection of Oodlectible Badges, and $110 in Amazon gift cards by redeeming Oodles. I even scored a $5 gift card to Chick-Fil-A, a $10 Gift Card to McDonald's and Starbucks and another $60 in Gift Cards to Walmart! - charlessims"

Our MVO for November is Rhonda (aka 59rhonda). With Oodle in hand, Rhonda tells us her GSN story, and talks about how the friendships made are very important to her" I am so honored and thank-you so much! I have been a member for almost three years. My first experience was in the chat room where I met wonderful people who taught me the ropes. Most people now know me as the "Mayor of Eggville", a nickname that came about during the Oodlectible egg contest.
My favorite game is Eggz and getting on the leaderboard was quite a task until Lori T. gave me great tips such as watch your time and don't forget to use the silver balls. When the game slows down hit the help button to speed it back up. My next favorite game is Freecell. Check your options before you place cards at the top.
GSN has brought me many great friends, like Cheryl W. and others. I think of us as a family who helps, encourages and welcomes everyone. My husband is a pastor so GSN helps keep me company during times he is busy. I'm also always promoting GSN. I talk to our church members and show them how they can get prizes, gift cards and how to bid for great items such as phones and laptops. I even have four of my family members signed up. Yes, I even talk to strangers about GSN when I get a chance.
I am a Oodler for life and love GSN! Rhonda G.

We’re pleased to announce Will S. from Highland Springs, VA is our MVO for October! Will, a.k.a. willfromva, is a long time member on GSN, and he has great memories he's shared with us. He also includes his own gaming tips and what works best for him when it comes to collecting Oodles. Please read below, and congratulations again Will!" Hello Fellow Oodlers!
I'm Will, many of you may know me as "willfromva", I'd like to talk a little about my GSN experience.
I have been a fan of GSN for a VERY long time. I loved it when they started the iTV games, you could play along w/the game shows on TV & possibly get your name on TV during the commercials.
After that, along came Playmania, and the Playmania spinoffs. I won somewhere around $8,000 & many prizes from those shows, and met lots of great people that I still consider friends today, Ya'll know who you are: Lynne, Bo, Jeff & too many more to list them all. We miss you Shandi, Plard out!
Next up was GSN Live, I got on air several times & won lots of great prizes including 2 Flat screen HD TV's, a 3D Blu-ray player, some really cool stainless steel cookware & other prizes.
Then came GSN Radio, some of you may remember me as the guy who played along from Virginia while driving his taxi! I won somewhere around $3,000 from that all together. We miss you too Bob & Marianne! You guys were so much fun to listen to.
And finally we have the Oodles program. I have been collecting & spending Oodles since it started. I have received so many cool prizes from this like: a 48" Samsung TV, a Keurig coffee/tea maker, and so many gift cards (Applebee's, Target, Walmart, Jimmy John's & many others).
What other TV network could I have gotten all that from? And from watching cool programs & playing on my computer, you can't beat that!
OK, enough bragging, let me tell you how I get my Oodles. I've always been a night owl. I like to do the daily Oodle questions & wonder wheel spins just after midnight. I then make sure to sign in before leaving for work & when I get home I do the Oodles bonus trivia questions.
In the evenings I play a few Oodles leaderboard games to different levels of success. If you want to get more oodles from these, my advice is to find a game or two that you like to play & play them A LOT. You will get better & your scores will get higher & higher. My 2 favorites are Eggz & Straws, in both I am usually able to get in the top 10 most days. I'm also kinda' hooked on Vegas Nights, I'm not as good at it yet, but I can usually get high enough for some Oodles & I am getting better, but really that game is just fun to play.
But the biggest tip I can give you is to try different games, there are a few (now that the leaderboards have been expanded) where you can get a high enough score to make the Oodles leaderboards and get daily/weekly Oodles with scores that are easy to achieve, simply because not that many people are playing them yet. Diner Dash, Suds & Flingshot come to mind.
Another tip: None of the GSN games I play for the Oodles are random, games that seem random like Eggz or Straws really aren't, they have patterns that over time you will recognize and use to your advantage to get higher & higher scores.
OK, I have rambled on enough I suppose,
Thanks for listening, And Thank you so much GSN, you guys are the best!
-Will (willfromva)

It's September, and time to get our MVO game on! This month's award goes to Michelle W. (aka as squishmar). You can find Michelle most days on the GSN message board, encouraging and helping others. Her dedication is greatly appreciated. Thank you Michelle, for being one of the people who help make GSN a fun place to be! You can read more about Michelle and her Oodling tips below." Hello everyone... I'm Michelle. You may know me as "squishmar" on the boards here. I'm so happy, excited and honored to be chosen MVO for the month of September! First, a little personal information about myself before I go on to the GSN aspect of my life (feel free to skip over this part if you want). I love anything that is purple. I live in Southern California, near the beach with my husband of 12 years, William,(but we've known each other for 23 years) and two cats (Honey and Harlie) that we recently adopted from our local Animal Shelter. My mother is moving back with us from Missouri this month too, so that makes September even more special for me. My non-GSN interests are acting and singing which I've been doing since I was a little girl. I used to do it professionally but now do it mostly for fun with a lot of involvement in the community theaters near my city. (Support your local theaters... go see a musical or play!)
Both my mother and I have appeared on some game shows in the past. My mother was on "Hollywood Squares," "The Joker's Wild," and "Tic Tac Dough" and I was on a show called "Now You See It" and "Love Connection."
Okay, now on to GSN! I've been playing games here for over four years and was a little slow to come to the Oodles program... I saw the difference while I was playing my favorite game, Mahjongg Alchemy, but didn't realize what the "leaderboards" were. Boy, I wish I had wised-up sooner! I must have missed out on so many oodles! But I did come around and started logging in when I was playing for hours each day. And then I really ramped it up and started answering all of the trivia questions, doing all the promos, playing Bingo Blitz, using my Wonder Wheel spins and even finally joining Facebook just so I could play Dumbville (R.I.P.)
Along with Mahjongg Alchemy, I also love the Swap-It games, Mahjongg Toy Chest and the new Photo Find It game. I make about 6 or 7 leaderboards a day and I've earned well over a million oodles in the almost three years I've been collecting them. However, I've *spent* over 970,000 of them on some great loot! I've renewed my "Entertainment Weekly" subscription several times and bought many Books of the Week. I've also redeemed for a few gift cards and have won several of the Blu-ray DVD auctions as well.
Like so many MVOs have said before me, the trick to the leaderboards is practice, practice, practice!! I log-in and play games on GSN literally every single day. You WILL get better the more you play. And don't worry so much at first about your standing on the leaderboards... just go for your personal best and you'll be beating your own high scores all the time.
Besides the games here, my other favorite things are the Forum and Community. I love to help people out on the Message Boards and try to answer any questions people may have, welcome any newcomers and post the answers to the Oodles Bonus Trivia questions in the middle of the night. I'm a total "night owl" and usually hang around from "9 to 5"-- 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., that is (Pacific time).
I've made some wonderful friends here and one day I hope to go to the Live Chat room when my hours will allow it. But I know most of the "Chatters" from Facebook and these Message Boards (especially the fun, inventive games Angel has for us most every weekend) and they are just the greatest.
One last thing: I'm really looking forward to finally being privy to that "MVO Secret Handshake" I've heard so much about from the wonderful MVOs that came before! ;-)
Thanks again and "Keep on Oodling!" Michelle"

Congratulations to Brian H., aka bhuang888, for being chosen as August's MVO! We'd also like to congratulate Brian on getting his Master's degree in Chemistry this year. What an impressive accomplishment, and we wish him the best of luck in the future. Please see below to read more about Brian, as well as his game play strategy." I am Brian H. from Chicago, Illinois. I am a recent college graduate from Loyola University Chicago with a Master's degree in Chemistry. I am currently unemployed looking for some work in the chemist field. I enjoy hanging out and entertaining with friends, cooking, golfing, playing video games and pool.
I enjoy the GSN experience each and every day. I start the day with the Oodles Question of the Day, Bonus Trivia, and wonder wheel spins as well as Bingo Blitz. Some of my most favorite Leaderboard games include: Spliterature, Lingo, Flingshot, Straws, Find-It and Big Money. Most of the time, I placed in the top 100 but some games even in the top 10.
I have been in the oodles program since the very beginning back in 2009 and been a big fan of GSN's great currency. Some of the prizes i have won include: 2 $100 Amazon gift card, Xbox 360 game of the week, magazine subscriptions to ESPN and Game Informer.
Some of the tips and tricks to play these GSN games include Do not give up on any games practice and play constantly and you get rewarded on the Leaderboard. Another tip is that you play consistently or constantly to find your place on the Leaderboard or you are satisfied with your position in the oodles Leaderboard.
My winning experience is a fun one to enjoy. GSN has some of the best leaderboard games, token games, and some of the best game shows and prizes too. It has been a joy to be part of the GSN family for 3 years. I thank you GSN and keep the prizes flowing for a long time. - bhuang888"

We have two very special people sharing the "Most Valuable Oodler" award for July. Roy and Cynthia are known as RoylovesCynthia, and they have spent the past three years brightening GSN with their positive and cheerful presence.
It's also with a very sad heart we let you know Roy passed away on June 27th. Cynthia told us about his huge smile when they got MVO and their Golden Oodle, and says now Roy has a Golden Oodle to go through the pearly gates with. She's grateful for the entertainment GSN provided while he was bedridden, his joy at getting on air with GSN Live, and the laughter and fun times enjoyed with all their friends in the Oodles community." We are honored and pleasantly surprised! We hit the GSN site on the lap top next to our bed first thing in the morning and the last thing before we sleep (mostly me, Cynthia) but we have been hooked since Roy was bedridden with first lung cancer and sciatic nerve pinch. We still aren't that great at playing, but that hasn't stopped me from playing everyday and Roy right next to me encouraging me and helping me with bingo numbers.
First we get the trivia questions answered before 8 am pacific time then we get our first cup of coffee and Roy gets breakfast. Then we pick our Bingo numbers, the most we ever got was three on one line, but that hasn't stopped us from trying again and again. Then we play Straws to get our free spins, even hit that leaderboard once!
We love playing several games and Vegas Nights and Solitaire Rush is two of our favorites, but leaderboards, no we aren't even close!!! We have fun, we laugh, we get surprised, especially when we got on television with Bob and won a set of pots and pans and before that a $100.00 and even more so when our friend Deb got fan of the week. I remember when we first got her started on GSN and helping her with sooo many questions and tips and then her excitment when she hit top leaderboards and would call and tell us and we would go look and see her stats, she surpast all of my scores, but we were tickled and proud of her--like good GSN parents!! Ha HA. We don't think we deserve this honor but will hold that golden Oodle high and proudly and will continue to try and make more GSN fans like Deb part of the family! Thank you for giving us so much fun and thanks for the attention!

We're very happy to congratulate June's MVO, Donna K! Donna is a fun, vibrant person and we enjoy having her as part of our MVO family. Below, she shares the love she has for her family, friends, and GSN. She also talks about her favorite games, and enthusiastically encourages others to keep practicing and playing." YEAH! I am truly ON TOP OF THE WORLD to be June's Most Valuable Oodler and believe me that the Golden Oodle is really a special and meaningful possession!
Some people already know me from facebook but I'll give you a small blog about myself. I am Donna, and I still am fairly new to GSN. I logged in initially about one year ago and thought what kind of website am I in and what in the world are oodles. Needless to say, I logged in again four months ago and really started playing GSN Games and have been hooked on this website.
I have a spinal disability that makes it very difficult for me to by physically active but I will not let my mind go to waste. GSN really keeps me on my toes mentally. At first all I played was Wheel of Fortune for oodles, but I eventually spread my wings and started playing every game GSN offered, whether daily, weekly or monthly. I've gotten better at Big Money, Swap It, Mahjong Dimensions, Solitaire Rush and even Spades. What was funny, I tried to learn Spades with friends and could never get the hang of it - on the computer I was in the upper 70% range! What can I say.? Secret - there is one game I don't care for and that is Dynomite Time - I am horrible at this game so no challenges, okay?
I am 60 years old, live with a great man, Len, who loves me even though I am disabled. I stay upbeat for the most part and I am stubborn, honest, shy (friendly when I start to get to know you) and I never judge people. I am me and you are you - we can all get along if we try.
I have just started using facebook recently and enjoy my conversations with Rhonda, Cheryl, Diane and May. Rhonda and Cheryl I am in touch with daily and I feel like I have finally found what true friends are all thanks to GSN.
On May 12th I won the $250 Daily Cash Sweepstakes and I got my check two days ago. I treated myself to a Kindle Fire! I've always wanted one and now I can take GSN and Facebook with me wherever I go - isn't that great!
The best thing about GSN is that even though I am in chronic pain, I will not stay in bed! I have a certain chair in the living room and Len hooked the computer into our 42" flatscreen TV and before you know it 7 hours have passed because I am so focused on winning and going for those oodles! GSN is the best pain pill anybody ever produced - it works for me every day and doesn't have any side effects - maybe one - being happy!
This is such an honor and I am truly blessed to have my personal family and my GSN family. This means the world to me. All I can say is GSN has been a lifesaver for me and I can't even begin to express how I feel about the and my facebook friends I've made - you know who you are!
As GSN says practice, practice, practice and believe you me, I do every day and night. Thanks so much and I am really honored and will continue to try to live up to GSN's standards and do right and who knows - maybe one day I will have the opportunity to welcome in someone new and give them the encouragement and advise that I now get from my friends.
Again, I am truly honored and proud to be June's Most Valuable Oodler and to own my very own Golden Oodle! KEEP ON OODLING AND GAMING - IT'S WORTH IT! - jigsawdonna"

Congratulations to Mike D., our May MVO! Mike has a big heart and loves hanging out in the GSN chat room. He enjoys collecting Oodlectibles, and has also won a number of other prizes. We're happy he's part of the GSN family too!" Hey GSN folks!
I'm MikeTheBear, and apparently I'm your Very Important Oodler for the month of May, 2012. MomTheBear and DadTheBear will be so proud, and so will my brothers and sisters, JanTheBear, DaveTheBear, JillTheBear and RichieTheBear.
I've been a fan of GSN since it was first offered by my cable company back in Ohio in the late 1990's. I LOOOOOOVE game shows. I heard about the GSN Chat Room when I started watching the Live Saturday Night shows. After a couple of weeks, I was a regular in the Chat Room. I was an on-air contestant twice, and a winner once on GSN Radio. But I was already a winner because of the friends I made through GSN.
I can't give very many hints for playing the games offered by GSN to earn Oodles. I do urge you to play all the Weekend Warriors games, Games of the Day and Days of the Week, Staff Pick games, and all the other special games that offer lots of chances to earn Oodles. I've found that by playing these games, I develop new favorites. I like the slot and card games, and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't played them first to win Oodles.
Make sure you sign in every day so you can earn a good supply of tokens to pay for these games. It helps you avoid paying with cash or Oodles. And those Oodles do add up and can get you some nice prizes. I just recently gotten a retro record player/radio/CD player/iPod dock. I've gotten other prizes too, including games, bathroom and kitchen scales, and all sorts of Oodlectibles. Some friends have teased me for getting all those different Oodlectibles, but I like them and it's nice to have a collection that doesn't clutter up my house and encourage me to become a hoarder."

Congrats to Diane H, aka mophead17, for being our April MVO. Diane is a fun and enthusiastic member from Missouri who enjoys all the different challenges GSN provides. Please read more about Diane, and check out her tips for getting the most out of the Oodling experience. May the (Oodling) odds be ever in your favor." I first learned about Game Show Network while in the hospital over 2 years ago, so when I got home I logged onto GSN.Com and started playing along on the website.
My first big prize was on the GSN Live Wonder Wheel, were I won a $50 gift card and 5,000 oodles. Last fall I won the Grand Prize of 70,000 oodles on the Mega Match and Win Scratch Off. Since that first win I've won over a $100 in gift cards from GSN!
Every day I log onto GSN.Com and answer Oodles Bonus Trivia questions and the Question of the Day. I'll either find the correct answer or post the answer on GSN's FaceBook page. I keep my Wonder Wheel Spins below 60, so if GSN as a double oodles day, I can earn extra oodles, as Wonder Wheel Spins can only be saved for 30 days.
I always play whatever game promotion GSN has going to add to my Oodle Vault. Keeping track of what games I've played has help me to learn if I've played correctly and track my future oodles. I also try to make the LeaderBoard on two games daily, for a few more oodles. Always keeping in mind that Oodles & Tokens are meant to be won, lost, and most of all spent!
Learning more about the games on World Winner has also been rewarding for me. You can score extra oodles and points that can be turned into even more gift cards by playing on World Winner daily.
What I love most about GSN.Com is that it's always changing and the GSN Team is always challenging me to play new and different games, and interacting on the website in ways I wouldn't have discovered without them. I also love posting on GSN's FaceBook page, as I've made wonderful friends with others that love GSN as much as I do. <3 Diane"

We’re pleased to announce Steve H. from Rancho Cucamonga, CA is our MVO for March! Steve, a.k.a. TheNewNeko, is thrilled to join the honored ranks of Most Valuble Oodlers. Steve’s got TONS of game tips for everyone this month – so read on to learn more! And don’t forget to congratulate him!" Oh wow! I got a Golden Oodle! This is incredible! I’d like to thank the Academy, my friends, and those fifteen cheerleaders in Standard Party Attire™. You guys are amazing. I’ve been a member of these boards for nine years and started the Oodle program when it was inaugurated, and now I have a Golden Oodle to keep with my new Xbox, my weather station and my Blu-Ray player. I actually played for a TV, but eventually the price of the TV got so out of hand I couldn’t get it.
You want a few game tips? Here’s some stuff you might not know. In Catch-21, eleven brings heaven. Look for combos of two cards (7/4, 6/5, 8/3, 9/2) that total 11. Then hit it with a 10 card and you’re on your way. Of course, a perfect score can’t be attained by just doing 11’s. You need to hit the “blackjack attacks” on empty columns and get one 5-card Charlie to get the perfect score. If you do it right, you’ll have a 2 left over. If I remember correctly, one of the 21’s involves a 6, 7 and 8 also.
Diner Dash uses progressive points to make your score jump. Try starting a new game until you can seat a bunch of patrons right away. If you don't get six customers by the second round of serving, you will want to hit "new game". If you seat all six sets of customers, You’ll earn 21 times as many points for serving them. So instead of 20 points for taking their orders, you’ll earn 20 x 21, or 420 points. You can do this for taking orders (20 x 21), serving (30 x 21), dropping checks (50 x 21) and cleaning dishes (40 x 21). Don’t forget color matching, as those can equal big points near the end. Also, make Flo move in a circle if you can while doing this, either counterclockwise or clockwise. You’ll do everything quicker because she’ll just go 1, 2, clear, 3, 4, clear, 5, 6, clear… The checks you can drop all six at the same time without having to clear your hands.
Eggz has a nice glitch that you’ll like. As soon as the round starts, hit “Submit Score” then it will ask you if you want to be sure. Hit “No” right away and the game will resume, and you’ll save roughly three or four tenths of a second on the recycle time for each shot. This is PER SHOT. The more times you shoot, the more time you’ll save of that precious five minutes, so you can get much further than if you don’t try this trick (level 8 should be high enough to get a good score). Also, the game is about speed. Try to hit the back wall as soon as possible. If you still have 3 silver bombs when you start Level 6, you’ll be well on your way to getting a huge score.
One more game you can get good at in a hurry is Alu’s Revenge. Remember: The first time you play, the game will give you a score of zero, so if you play this, give up right away and then play again. But the second time keep as many of one color together as you can while trying to get rid of the other three until you get the alarm. Also remember: If you run out of time in each round, it treats it like there are no more moves. This is actually a good thing, because you’ll have earned as many points as you could in the 90 seconds you have for each round. This is hard to do in rounds four, five and six, but it’s well worth it because your score will be big.
All in all, earning Oodles is a fun and free way to earn nice stuff and who knows, maybe one day the people at GSN will give me a nice big 55” LED TV so I can watch their shows on it. Make it a 3D, because if you get another cutie like Shandi starring on one of your shows, I want it to appear like she’s making me iced tea in my living room.
